Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and sketches using CAD software based on specifications and calculations provided by engineers and architects.
Develop and revise project drawings and plans, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements and standards.
Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and resolve design challenges.
Ensure all drawings and plans are in accordance with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Maintain and update project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and related records.
Conduct site visits to gather measurements and other relevant data to support the drafting process.
Review and verify the accuracy of drawings and plans before submission for approval.

Qualification & Skills:

Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Drafting, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Civil Draftsman or in a similar role.
Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, etc.).
Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, construction methods, and building codes.
Experience with BIM (Building Information Modeling) software.
Knowledge of GIS (Geographic Information Systems) applications.
