Node.js Developer

Preesoft is a leading software development company specializing in cutting-edge solutions for IT. Our team is composed of passionate individuals dedicated to pushing the boundaries of technology to deliver innovative and impactful software products. As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a talented Node.js Developer to join our team.

We are looking for a skilled Node.js Developer with 2-3 years of experience to contribute to the development and maintenance of our suite of software solutions. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing and implementing server-side logic, ensuring the scalability and performance of our applications.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain server-side logic using Node.js
Design and implement RESTful APIs for seamless communication between server and client
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
Implement security and data protection measures
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices
Troubleshoot and debug applications as needed
Maintain code integrity and organization

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Must have knowledge of microservices
2-3 years of experience in Node.js development
Proficient understanding of server-side JavaScript
Experience with Express.js or similar web application frameworks
Strong understanding of asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture
Familiarity with database technologies such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL
Knowledge of version control systems such as Git
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker
Experience with testing frameworks such as Mocha, Chai, or Jest
Understanding of DevOps principles and CI/CD pipelines
