About Us:
I am a US Board-Certified Oral and Maxillofacial Radiologist establishing my new venture, Precision Radiology Reads. I operate remotely between my offices in the USA and Lahore, Pakistan. I am looking for an individual to join me at the ground level of this exciting new business.

The Opportunity:
This is not just a typical "PA" role. You will be my right hand during the critical setup phase of the company. You will have the unique opportunity to learn the ins and outs of the international healthcare business while helping build a team from the ground up. Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Communication & Liaison: Manage all incoming calls, emails, and client communications with exceptional professionalism and fluency in English.
Scheduling & Administration: Organize my daily calendar, coordinate appointments, and manage time zones effectively between the USA and Pakistan.
Business Development & Marketing: Act as the face of Precision Radiology Reads locally. This involves traveling to various clinics, hospitals, and diagnostic centers in Lahore to promote our services and build client relationships until a dedicated sales team is hired.
Project Management: Assist in the setup of our official website. Whether you have the skills to build it yourself or the resourcefulness to find and manage the right developers, this falls under your purview.
Multitasking: Handle various ad-hoc administrative tasks with a "no hang-ups" attitude. From data entry to document preparation, flexibility is key.

Requirements:

Language Skills: Impeccable English (written and verbal) and strong Urdu communication skills.
Personality: Outgoing, confident, and presentable. You must be comfortable speaking with C-level executives and doctors.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and familiarity with Zoom/Skype.
Transport: Must have access to reliable transportation for local travel within Lahore.
Experience: Previous experience in administration, sales, or marketing is preferred. Experience in the medical/healthcare sector is a plus but not mandatory.

Preferred Knowledge & Learning Attitude (Highly Valued):

Background Knowledge: Any prior history, education, or work experience in dentistry, radiology, or medical imaging will be considered a strong plus factor.
Willingness to Learn: The ideal candidate must be open to learning about the field of Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology and CBCT (Cone Beam Computed Tomography) imaging. You will be expected to proactively conduct research and educate yourself on these subjects to communicate effectively and confidently with healthcare professionals, dentists, and referring clinicians. A self-starter who takes initiative in learning will thrive in this role.

Compensation, Logistics & Travel Clause:

Salary: PKR 50,000 – 70,000 per month (based on experience, skill set, and agreed-upon working hours).
Timings: Flexible. To be discussed during the interview process to accommodate the time difference with the USA.
Travel Clause: The selected candidate must be open to traveling to various locations within Lahore for client meetings, promotional visits, and business errands as required. Please note that fuel/petrol expenses for work-related travel will be fully reimbursed in addition to your monthly salary, upon submission of valid receipts. Travel requirements will be moderate and discussed in detail during the interview.
Location: Based in Lahore (Gulberg/DHA area preferred), with required travel within the city.
