EY is looking for a Pre-Joining Senior Associate to join its Talent Services team based in Islamabad. This role is centered on delivering an outstanding onboarding experience by supporting new joiners through a strategic, analytical, and empathetic approach. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and improving the pre-boarding process, ensuring smooth immigration procedures, and maintaining compliance with company policies. Confidentiality and upholding EY’s reputation are critical aspects of this position. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the immigration process for employees, ensuring efficient onboarding and resolving complex immigration issues.
- Manage local immigration matters by staying current with country-specific policies and providing support to employees.
- Prepare and manage documentation related to residency renewals, medical requirements for new joiners, pension schemes, and registration of national employees.
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure adherence to immigration policies and timely follow-up on required documentation.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and integrity due to the sensitive nature of personal documentation.
- Collaborate with colleagues and managers to proactively identify and escalate potential issues.
- Deliver a seamless new joiner experience aligned with EY’s Employee Value Proposition (EVP).
- Guide team members in resolving complex situations related to benefits and legal matters.
- Ensure accuracy and meticulous attention to detail throughout the new joiner process.
- Identify potential challenges and opportunities within the preboarding phase.
- Support internal clients and colleagues in adapting to changes in EY processes and organizational structures by anticipating issues and providing timely assistance.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources or a related field.
- 4 to 7 years of solid immigration experience within a large multinational or global organization.
- Comprehensive knowledge of KSA and UAE immigration processes, including employment visas and Iqama transfers.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively while handling a high volume of candidate inquiries with a candidate-focused mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- A positive, proactive attitude with a strong commitment to responsibilities.
