Design and create visually compelling graphics, illustrations, and layouts for the company's social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
Develop innovative designs that align with our identity, objectives, and target audience.
Create engaging and eye-catching social media banners, cover images, profile pictures, and other visual assets to enhance and attract the audience.
Ensure that all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all social media platforms.
Collaborate with the content team to incorporate visuals into social media posts, creating visually compelling and engaging content.
Optimize designs for different social media platforms, considering various device specifications and screen sizes.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.

Requirements:

Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Canva, or other similar software.
Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate design concepts and ideas.
Attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership over your work, ensure high-quality deliverables.
Familiarity with engineering terminology and concepts is a plus.
