WordPress Developer

We are seeking a motivated WordPress Web Developer with at least 4 months of hands-on experience to manage our company website and support various client websites. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of WordPress development, design principles, and best practices for website management. You will work closely with our team to enhance user experience and ensure all sites are functional, visually appealing, and optimized for performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Website Management: Oversee the day-to-day management of the company website and client sites, ensuring they are up to date and functioning smoothly.
Development & Design: Assist in developing new features and functionalities for websites using WordPress. Design layouts and interfaces that enhance user experience.
Content Updates: Manage content updates, including text, images, and multimedia. Collaborate with content creators to ensure timely publication.
Performance Optimization: Monitor website performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements for speed, security, and SEO.
Plugin Management: Install, configure, and update plugins and themes as needed to enhance website capabilities.
Client Communication: Communicate with clients to understand their website needs and provide updates on project statuses.
Quality Assurance: Conduct regular site audits to identify and resolve issues related to usability, design, and performance.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of website updates and processes.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 4 months of experience in WordPress development or a related field.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
Familiarity with WordPress themes, plugins, and page builders (e.g., Elementor, WPBakery).
Basic understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
Design Skills: Knowledge of responsive web design and UX/UI principles.
Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and find effective solutions.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to collaborate with team members and clients.
Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing previous WordPress projects is preferred.
