Minimum 5 to 8 years of practical experience in Truck Dispatching, Freight Dispatching, or the Logistics industry. Although this role does not entail team management, the instructor must be adept at guiding and mentoring students to develop readiness for professional roles or entrepreneurial ventures in freight dispatch services. The instructor is responsible for implementing the structured course outline provided by PNY Trainings, ensuring all content is delivered within the assigned timeframes and remains current with industry regulations and technologies. Strong classroom management skills are essential, as is the ability to conduct practical assignments and real-world scenario demonstrations that enhance student engagement and understanding.
