Forex Trading Instructor

PNY Trainings is looking for a knowledgeable and passionate Forex Trading Instructor to provide practical and high-quality training in the Forex market. The ideal candidate has a strong background in Forex trading strategies, technical and fundamental analysis, risk management, and trading psychology. They have the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and practically. This role involves conducting engaging on-site and online sessions, preparing and updating training materials, performing live market analysis, and mentoring students to develop effective trading skills. Staying informed about global financial trends and updating course content with the latest industry practices and technologies is essential. The Forex Trading Instructor works closely with students to build a strong understanding of market structure, price action, and trading strategies. The instructor develops lesson plans, assignments, quizzes, and practical exercises, and evaluates student performance regularly. The role demands professionalism, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage a dynamic learning environment that promotes responsible and ethical trading. Although this position does not manage a team, it requires collaboration with the academic and management staff to enhance course quality and student success.

Compensation: PKR 1500 -2000 Per lecture (2 hour)

Responsibilities

Deliver effective classroom and online Forex Trading sessions using practical, industry-focused teaching methods.
Teach core Forex trading topics including Market Structure, Technical Analysis, Fundamental Analysis, Price Action, Risk Management, Trading Psychology, and Trading Strategies.
Conduct live market analysis and demonstrations utilizing trading platforms such as Meta Trader 4 (MT4), Meta Trader 5 (MT5), and Trading View.
Create, organize, and update comprehensive course materials including lesson plans, presentations, assignments, quizzes, and practical exercises aligned with current Forex market trends.
Provide individual mentorship and support to students, addressing technical queries and guiding learning progression throughout the course.
Assess student progress via practical assignments, projects, mock trading activities, and exams, offering constructive and timely feedback.
Monitor attendance, engagement, and curriculum adherence to ensure students complete courses successfully.
Keep up-to-date with global financial markets, economic developments, emerging Forex strategies, and new trading technologies to maintain relevant and current teaching content.
Promote ethical trading practices by emphasizing risk management, discipline, and responsibility in trading.
Maintain accurate academic records encompassing attendance, assessments, and performance reports.
Collaborate with academic and management teams to refine course content, improve instructional quality, and boost student outcomes.
Participate in seminars, workshops, webinars, and student orientations to support marketing and awareness of Forex training programs.
Create an interactive and professional learning atmosphere that fosters skill development, critical thinking, and student success.
