PNY Trainings is looking for an experienced Branch Manager who will take full responsibility for the overall operations and performance of the branch. The Branch Manager leads the strategy to achieve revenue targets, drive admissions growth, and oversee multiple departments, including admissions, sales, academics, administration, accounts, IT, and marketing. This role requires strong leadership skills to coordinate cross-functional teams effectively and maintain operational excellence to deliver an exceptional experience to students and stakeholders. The ideal candidate holds a bachelors degree and has a minimum of five years of relevant experience in branch management, sales management, or business development within an education or training environment.
The Branch Manager acts as the primary representative of the branch and ensures all activities align with PNY Trainings' goals, policies, and compliance standards. The position demands a strong understanding of sales strategies, customer relationship management, and business development. This role also involves monitoring branch performance rigorously through reports while maintaining discipline, professionalism, and a positive work atmosphere. Although this position currently does not include managing a formal team, it requires overseeing and coordinating multiple internal teams to meet the branch's targets and growth objectives. Occasional travel may be required for meetings, business development, and marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
Take complete ownership of branch revenue, admissions, profitability, and operational targets to ensure business success.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies that boost lead conversion rates, increase admissions, and maximize revenue growth.
Lead the admissions and sales functions by providing guidance and support to achieve monthly and annual performance targets.
Identify and explore new business opportunities to expand the branch's presence and market share.
Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth functioning and coordination between Admissions, Sales, Academics, Administration, Accounts, IT, and Marketing departments.
Ensure strict adherence to company policies, standard operating procedures, quality standards, and compliance requirements to maintain operational excellence.
Monitor branch performance using detailed daily, weekly, and monthly reports to analyze productivity and identify areas for improvement.
Drive operational efficiency by managing costs effectively and ensuring optimal use of branch resources.
Maintain a professional, disciplined, and positive work environment that fosters teamwork and high performance.
Assign tasks and monitor progress to guarantee timely completion of responsibilities across various teams.
Represent the branch in official capacity during external visits, business development activities, meetings, and marketing efforts as delegated by Head Office Management.
