Looking for a skilled UI/UX Designer, who we are committed to revolutionizing the design and user experience of software applications. We are currently seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer to join our team in Karachi. In this role, You will collaborate closely with our Operational/MIS Team to conceptualize, design, and implement innovative user interfaces for web and mobile applications. From conceptualizing wireframes to developing prototypes and refining the UI of existing applications, you will be instrumental in shaping the user experience landscape. the responsibilities will include:
- Understanding project requirements and prioritizing long-term usability and sustainability.
- Developing intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring scalability and responsiveness.
- Making design decisions to translate UI/UX developer journeys into smooth and intuitive interactions.
- Creating wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design concepts and iterate based on feedback.
- Conducting user research, usability testing, and gathering feedback to refine designs and enhance user satisfaction.
- Customizing and optimizing UI designs for various platforms and devices to ensure a cohesive user experience.
- Staying updated with emerging design trends, tools, and technologies.
- Providing support in drafting project technical requirements and documentation related to UI/UX design aspects.
- Evaluating and providing feedback on UI/UX design proposals to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Coordinating with the technical team for a design consultation and collaboration on system improvements.
- Participating in project meetings and providing technical input and recommendations related to UI/UX design progress.
- Undertaking self-development initiatives to enhance UI/UX design skills and expertise.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum 16 years of education from an HEC-recognized university in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a relevant discipline.
- At least 5+ years of relevant experience in UI/UX design, including experience with web and Android applications.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks and libraries such as React.js, Node.js, Angular.js, and Vue.js.
- Familiarity with responsive design techniques and frameworks such as Bootstrap or Materialize CSS.
- Knowledge of SDLC methodologies and experience with Agile, SCRUM, and Kanban project management tools.
