- Design, implement, and manage the organization's IT systems, including servers, storage, operating systems, virtualization, and backup solutions.
- Manage network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, VPN, routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless networks.
- Provide technical support and assistance to end-users, resolving system-related issues, and inquiries promptly and efficiently.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize configurations to ensure high availability, reliability, and scalability.
- Implement and enforce security measures, policies, and procedures to protect against cyber threats, data breaches, and unauthorized access.
- Manage Active Directory, user accounts, permissions, group policies, and domain controllers for seamless authentication and access control.
- Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and external partners to implement technology projects, upgrades, and migrations.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems, virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V)
- Manage network configurations, VLANs, subnets, routing tables, access control lists (ACLs), and DHCP/DNS services
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in system administration, networking, and cybersecurity.
