4. Respond to sales queries on products, follow up through email or other points of contact, and deliver exceptional customer service.
5. Coordinate with internal departments, such as marketing and technical teams, to ensure timely delivery and resolution of issues.
6. Conduct market research to identify potential sales opportunities, target demographics, and analyze competitor activity.
7. Prepare sales reports, performance analysis, and forecasts to support decision-making processes.
8. Maintain accurate records of sales data, customer interactions, and inventory levels.
9. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and product launches.
