Responsibilities:

  • Verify and confirm customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Communicate with customers to resolve any order-related issues or discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and shipping departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of order confirmations and customer interactions.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in customer service or eCommerce is preferred.
