The Manager Admin / Finance will be responsible for remotely working for a Bed & Breakfast based in Plymouth UK and:

  • Administrating the over all operations of the Hotel.
  • Implementing systems and bring automation in the processes to ensure smooth remote management.
  • Ensure timely and accurate booking of income and expenses
  • Ensure accurate bookkeeping on Quick Books Online.
  • Ensure timely reporting of management accounts.
  • Ensure VAT calculation and submissions are accurate and timely.
  • Ensure Cash Management.
  • Ensure inter-company balances and transaction management.
  • Ensure support to senior management in cost control measure.
  • Ensure Annual accounts are submitted on time.
  • Ensure Corporation tax is managed and paid on time.
  • Any other reasonable tasks assigned by the CEO.
