We are seeking a dedicated Plastic Extrusion Machine Operator to join our team in Lahore, Pakistan. This full-time, on-site position involves working the morning shift and requires hands-on experience with plastic extrusion machinery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating extrusion machines to produce custom plastic profiles, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining accurate production records. This role demands attention to detail, the ability to troubleshoot machinery, and a commitment to maintaining smooth production processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate plastic extrusion machines according to production specifications.
- Monitor machine parameters such as temperature, pressure, and speed to ensure optimal operation.
- Produce custom plastic profiles as per client requirements and technical drawings.
- Inspect finished products to verify quality and adherence to standards.
- Adjust machinery settings to correct any deviations or defects during production.
- Record production data accurately, including output quantities and machine performance.
- Report any mechanical issues or production delays promptly to the maintenance or supervisory team.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two years’ experience operating plastic extrusion machines.
- Strong understanding of extrusion processes and machinery operation.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and production specifications.
- Good problem-solving skills to identify and resolve machine or product issues.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining product quality.
- Basic record-keeping skills for documenting production data.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
