Plastech Autosafe is seeking a skilled Mechanical Supervisor with at least seven years of experience to oversee mechanical maintenance and ensure optimal performance of equipment. This role focuses on troubleshooting mechanical faults, independently handling maintenance shift cycles, and conducting breakdown, corrective and preventive maintenance of machinery. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve mechanical issues efficiently, maintain detailed logs of daily shift activities, and support mechanical maintenance tasks when necessary.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough troubleshooting of mechanical faults during assigned shift cycles to ensure rapid resolution of equipment issues.
- Independently manage and execute proper maintenance shift cycles.
- Maintain detailed and accurate logs of daily shift duties, capturing maintenance activities, faults identified, and actions taken.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of machines.
- Support electrical maintenance and troubleshooting tasks as needed to facilitate seamless plant operations.
