We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Unit Manager to oversee and enhance the operations and sales of multiple restaurant locations across various cities.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor daily operations, including staffing levels, food quality, cleanliness, and customer service.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess compliance with safety, sanitation, and operational procedures.
Create a culture of exceptional customer service and hospitality at each restaurant location.
Respond promptly to customer feedback and complaints, addressing issues and implementing solutions as needed.
Monitor customer satisfaction scores and take proactive measures to improve guest experiences.
Develop and manage budgets for each restaurant location, including sales projections, labor costs, and expenses.
Monitor financial performance and key performance indicators (KPIs), such as sales growth, food costs, and profitability.
Implement strategies to optimize revenue, reduce costs, and maximize profitability across all locations.
Provide ongoing coaching and development to managers and staff to ensure high levels of performance and job satisfaction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, culinary, and operations support, to drive business initiatives and achieve company objectives.
Communicate effectively with senior management and stakeholders, providing regular updates on performance, challenges, and opportunities.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain compliance and operational standards.
