Restaurant General Manager (RGM) will responsible to cover a wide range of responsibilities to ensure the smooth operation and success of the establishment.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.
Ensure effective communication with the team monthly meetings, manager’s meetings.
Ensure obedience to company standards, policies, and procedures.
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
Implement cost control measures to optimize profitability.
Maintain equipment in good working condition and arrange for repairs when necessary.
Hire, train, and supervise junior staff members, provide coaching and feedback to improve performance.
Ensure effective scheduling of staff.
Handle disciplinary actions when necessary.
Create a positive work environment and promote teamwork.
Ensure record keeping in the restaurant.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing complaints and resolving issues promptly.
Monitor service quality and implement improvements as needed.
Coach staff on customer service best practices.
Interact with customers to gather feedback and suggestions.
Implement strategies to increase revenue, reduce costs, verification and approvals of daily expenses.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards.
Train staff on food safety procedures.
Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential hazards.
Plan and execute promotional events and campaigns.
