- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve (Photoshop is a plus)

- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality outputs
- Experience in fast-paced video editing
- Experience in managing editors, including answering questions, handling complaints, and resolving issues
- Track record of training editors and ensuring they meet KPIs
