We are primarily a software house starting a new product line and looking for CSRs for a new product line related to travel services. We specialize in creating unforgettable journeys, ensuring our clients have seamless and enjoyable experiences.
- Experience in selling Umrah to potential pilgrims is preferred but not required.
- Fresh candidates can apply.
- Ability to ask prying questions and diffuse tense situations.
- Strong time management and decision-making skills
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls promptly
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
- Building lasting relationships with clients and other call center team members based on trust and reliability.
- Able to multitask in a friendly fast-paced environment.
Remuneration & Benefits:
- This is a full-time position.
- Remuneration includes salary plus commission based on experience.
- Providing customer service from query to closing the sale and follow-up.
- Good Salary + Commission. Remuneration will be based on experience and expertise in airline
