8.       Produce reports, presentations and briefs

9.       Devise and maintain the office filing system

Requirement and Skills:

  1. Proven work experience as a Office Assistant
  2. Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  3. MS Office and English proficiency
  4. Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  5. Discretion and confidentiality
  6. Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
