PIFFERS Security Services (Pvt.) Ltd. requires the services of a Regional Manager of Finance for its branch offices in Karachi.
The incumbent should have Master's degree + ICMA with Managerial Level Cleared. An experienced candidate will be preferred.
The incumbent should have its own motorbike.
The incumbent should have proficiency in MS Office.
Salary: 120k-150k
Fuel Allowance: 20 Liters
All other benefits as per company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review financial statements and reports for accuracy and completeness
- Manage month-end and year-end close processes
- Perform reconciliations of accounts, including bank statements, general ledgers, and accounts payable/receivable
- Analyse financial data and prepare financial reports, forecasts, and budgets
- Assist with financial audits and tax filings
- Supervise accounting staff and provide guidance as needed
- Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to streamline operations
- Stay updated on industry developments and changes in regulations.
Qualifications:
- Master degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA certification preferred)
- Proven experience as a Senior Accountant or similar role
- In-depth understanding of accounting principles, regulations, and standards
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
