We are looking for a talented Architectural Designer / CAD Specialist to join our innovative team and contribute to the development of our sustainable home designs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
- Strong 2D and 3D modeling skills
- Knowledge of or willingness to learn US-based building codes
- Experience with or interest in sustainable and earth-sheltered design
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Creative problem-solving skills
Technical Requirements:
- Stable and reliable high-speed internet connection
- Capability to participate in video conferences via Zoom
- Availability during the hours of 8 PM to 2 AM CST (6 AM to 12 noon Pakistan Standard Time)
Responsibilities:
- Create detailed construction blueprints based on our conceptual designs
- Develop 2D and 3D renders of our home models
- Collaborate with our team to refine and improve designs
- Ensure designs comply with US building codes and regulations
- Participate in regular online meetings to discuss project progress
