We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Marketing Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role combines marketing analytics with digital marketing expertise to drive business growth, enhance customer engagement, and optimize marketing campaigns. You will provide critical insights and play a key role in managing our digital presence, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content creation. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various marketing channels, including social media, email, paid campaigns, and website traffic. Prepare detailed performance reports and offer actionable insights.   
  • Campaign Performance Monitoring: Track ongoing marketing campaigns to assess their effectiveness. Identify areas of success and recommend strategies to optimize under performing efforts, enhancing return on investment (ROI).   
  • Customer Insights and Market Research: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and behaviors. Use these insights to guide product positioning, promotional strategies, and marketing efforts.   
  • Competitive Analysis: Evaluate competitors’ marketing strategies, pricing, and promotions. Provide insights to improve Pied Piper Group’s competitive standing within the market.   
  • SEO & SEM Optimization: Work with the digital marketing team to improve organic search rankings and optimize paid search campaigns. Analyze search data to refine keyword strategies and drive traffic. 
  • Marketing Automation: Implement and manage marketing automation tools such as GHL (Go High Level) to streamline communications, improve lead generation, and support customer engagement.   
  • Forecasting and Budgeting: Collaborate with finance and sales teams to develop marketing forecasts. Assist in planning marketing budgets and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing spending.   
  • Social Media Management and Content Creation: Oversee social media strategy and content creation to enhance brand visibility. Ensure that content aligns with marketing goals and drives customer engagement.   
  • Market Trends Identification: Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and shifts in customer behavior. Provide recommendations for incorporating new tools or tactics into the marketing strategy.   
  • Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with the sales, content, and creative teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns. Support the creation of marketing materials that align with brand messaging. 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field. 
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing analytics or digital marketing. 
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, and Tableau. 
  • Experience with SEO, SEM, and marketing automation platforms (GHL) 
  • Familiarity with social media management and content creation. 
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Working Hours: 9pm to 5pm
