Photoshop Mockup Designer Expert

We are looking for a talented Photoshop mockup designer to create high-quality, photorealistic product mockups that elevate our brand’s visual presence. The successful candidate will skillfully transform flat designs, logos, and artwork into polished, presentation-ready visuals that enhance marketing campaigns, e-commerce listings, and client presentations. This remote role demands a sharp eye for detail and the ability to produce realistic, brand-aligned mockups across a variety of product categories.

Key Responsibilities
- Design realistic product mockups including apparel, packaging, electronic devices, print materials, signage, and more using provided artwork.
- Accurately apply designs to mockup templates, paying close attention to lighting, shadows, textures, and perspective to ensure photorealistic quality.
- Create custom mockup templates from scratch when needed, utilizing advanced Photoshop techniques such as smart objects, displacement maps, and layer styles.
- Retouch and composite images to deliver seamless, professional finishes.
- Prepare and optimize files for both web and print use.
- Ensure all mockups maintain strict brand consistency.
- Provide well-organized, editable source files, primarily PSDs with smart objects preserved.

Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in producing professional mockups using Adobe Photoshop, supported by a strong portfolio.
- Expert proficiency with Photoshop tools including smart objects, displacement maps, blending modes, and layer masking.
- Deep understanding of lighting, shadow, and perspective to create photorealistic effects.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines precisely.
- Strong communication skills and proven reliability in meeting deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Information
- Experience in product photography compositing is a plus.
- Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator or other Adobe Creative Cloud applications is advantageous.
- Candidates will be required to complete a skills test as part of the hiring process.
- Applications must include a portfolio or samples of previous mockup work; before-and-after examples are highly preferred.
