Learn to understand software requirements and create prototypes, technical documentation, user guides, and reports.
Communicate effectively with team members to understand the project goals.
Actively contribute to process improvements and optimization initiatives.
Complete assigned tasks within deadlines and provide constructive, honest feedback to support continuous improvement.
Keep up to date on the latest trends and technologies.

What do you need to succeed?

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or a relevant field.
Good grip on software principles and fundamentals.
Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and basic methodologies like Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum framework.
Proficiency in logic building and analytical skills.
Outstanding listening skills, teamwork skills, with a genuine interest in collaboration, learning, and taking ownership of your work.
