Petco Plastic Industry is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant / Finance Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in financial management and cost accounting, particularly within manufacturing environments. This role will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, overseeing daily accounting functions, and managing financial records within an ERP system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger.
- Manage monthly accruals, journal entries, and financial reporting.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate cash flow records.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
- Handle inventory costing and manage the ERP system for stock and production entries.
- Implement and maintain ERP systems (preferably Ledgermax or BMS) to streamline financial processes.
- Monitor and ensure timely payroll processing within the ERP system.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants as needed.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, regulations, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in accounting roles, with a focus on cost and financial accounting.
- Previous experience in the manufacturing industry, especially in plastic manufacturing, is highly preferred.
- Proficiency with ERP systems.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, cash flow management, and inventory costing.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

- Candidates residing near Korangi, Karachi.
