- As the Personal Assistant to the CEO and Campus Director, you will manage executive calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements to ensure effective time management.
- You will prepare correspondence, presentations, reports, meeting agendas, and minutes with high accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate communication between the CEO/Campus Director and internal/external stakeholders.
- Follow up on action items, departmental assignments, and management decisions to ensure timely execution.
- Maintain confidential records, official documents, and executive files in an organized manner.
