Job Purpose:

This position is responsible for reviewing all data (including pictures and reports) from the field/projects with guidance of concerned programme officers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Will be primary responsible for reviewing, verifying, organizing and managing OK feedback pictures and data;
  • Understands PAPK OK Feedback standards and measures;
  • Coordinate with concerned staff/stakeholders for intime data/feedback collection;
  • Review all steps of each intervention and raise queries/comments in case the feedback is not as per standards;
  • Organize all feedback in specific folders, spreadsheets and verify against standards;
  • Share the final/accurate feedback with Senior Programme Officer – Orphan Kind for review and further submission;
  • Manage and organize data/feedback for easy reference and access;
  • Keep all data/feedback in safe custody and ensure its security;
  • Ensure beneficiaries data and reports are properly filled and checked before submission to Senior Programme Officer - OK;
  • Facilitate Senior Programme Officers - OK in planning, implementation, follow-ups and reporting of PAC programme interventions all over the country.
  • Receive and arrange PAC files on behalf of the Senior Programme Officer - OK
  • Collect and compile PAC programme data and statistics.
  • Perform any other task assigned by the line Manager
