One of leading manufacturers of PVC Pipe & fittings, looking for an experienced Accounts/Finance Manager
Who will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial reports, and coordinating with internal teams and re-designing of account department & document system of the manufacturing company & also responsible for implementation of new software in the manufacturing company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementation of new software in the manufacturing company.
- Re-designing of accounts department & document system of the manufacturing company.
- Managing /re-designing inventory recording system of the manufacturing company (Raw material, semi processed & finished Goods )
- Preparation of Financial statement & final accounts ( including Profit/Loss statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement & other relevant reports)
- Monitor and analyze financial performance& Contribute to company financial strategy and decision-making processes
- Establish and maintain appropriate t internal controls to safeguard company assets ensure & financial records.
- Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report any variances.
- Lead the finance/accounting team, providing guidance and support to achieve department goals.
- Monitor financial performance and implement strategies for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless business operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s, MBA OR ACCA/CA is preferred).
- Minimum 8 years of experience in finance/accounts with at least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and reporting standards
- Proficient in accounting software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, Excel).
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
