We are looking for a talented Full Stack Developer who will be part of a team to develop a new web platform for our company. You will be involved in pro-actively researching, designing, testing and implementing solutions in a constantly changing and growing environment.

The right candidate should be creative, independent, a team player, dedicated, and committed to their work.

Job Requirements (Development):

Strong Understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS3, along with CSS preprocessors.
Advanced knowledge of JavaScript and JavaScript frameworks preferably Angular/React/Vue
Hands-on work experience with WordPress plugins & framework of PHP
Hands-on experience with SQL schema design
Optimizing web pages for maximum speed and scalability.
Deal with the server and database of the application
Coding for functionality across multiple languages and platforms
Communicating with specialized developers and the graphic design team to deliver the best possible product
Keeping up with emerging technology that may serve the business needs
Prototyping minimal viable products for communication with company stakeholders
Helping with the design and development of software
Testing and debugging software to keep it optimized
Designing user interactions on the web application itself
Ensuring cross-platform compatibility and optimization
Testing and maintaining the responsive design of applications
Developing APIs
Keeping up with technological advances to optimize their software
Communicating the effectiveness of emerging technologies to decision-makers
Considering security, maintenance and scalability while developing

Additional Job Requirements (General):

Develop and maintain cloud-based applications and network in ways that optimize performance
Ensure security and privacy of company data and computer systems
Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new software and computer equipment
Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems
Coordinate with Senior Management to devise software improvement and enhancement strategies to improve performance and increase efficiency
Utilize the company’s various cloud-based applications, test, and launch them throughout various departments to increase productivity
Coordinate with the technology team, and various departments to synchronize each department's respective data and applications while creating automation workflows
Educate team members across all departments in proper usage of various software applications at the company including new applications when launched

Eligibility Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, equivalent work experience in a related field will be considered
Masters’ degree in computer science or software engineering will be preferred
Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience using Core JavaScript library and frameworks, HTML, CSS, SQL, Laravel
Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in the development, testing, and implementation of APIs
Experience in security, sharing, profiles, and role creation
Ability to design scalable, secure, reliable, and efficient technical cloud systems to support enterprise applications
Ability to work remotely

Other Skills Required:

Ability to work individually and as part of a team in a fast-paced Agile environment
Strong organizational and communication skills both written and verbal
Strong understanding of application development methodologies (writing code, debugging, version control, documenting, testing and deployment).
Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to a changing environment.
Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication ability
Should be independent, self-reliant, and highly motivated to learn new technologies on their own
