We are seeking for a dynamic and motivated Tele Sales Executive for our US shift. This role is pivotal in driving our sales efforts and requires outstanding communication and persuasive skills, along with effective customer interaction abilities, generating leads to support our sales team. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy engaging with clients over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct inbound calls to prospective clients to generate sales leads and close deals.
- Give excellent customer service when required, maintain positive customer relations and follow all company policies and procedures
- Address customer inquiries and deliver exceptional service.
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills for phone-based sales.
- Strong organizational skills for tracking and managing sales leads.
- Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through attaining referrals from converted leads
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Ability to analyses customer responses and adapt communication strategies accordingly.
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus, enabling effective communication with a broader client base.
Requirements:
- Education: Intermediate or Graduate / A Level. Freshies can apply.
- Proficient in English (Required). Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
- Comfortable working night shifts. (on-site).
- Open to both male and female candidates.
- Must be able to commute daily to DHA, Phase 6, Karachi.
