Part-Time WordPress / Elementor Developer

Tow360 is a fast-growing digital marketing company dedicated to serving the towing industry throughout the United States. We focus on delivering custom websites and tailored digital marketing solutions specifically for towing businesses. As we expand, we are looking to add a skilled Part-Time WordPress / Elementor Developer to our website development team. This role requires hands-on production work, converting approved designs, project guidelines, and provided assets into polished, professional, and fully responsive websites.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop WordPress websites based on approved designs and layouts.
- Build pages using Elementor Pro, incorporating custom coding when needed.
- Ensure consistent page layouts and accurately implement website content as provided.
- Integrate artwork and images supplied by the design team.
- Construct headers, footers, navigation menus, forms, buttons, and calls-to-action.
- Optimize website layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices to guarantee responsiveness.
- Make revisions and corrections based on project feedback; troubleshoot WordPress and Elementor issues.
- Assist with ongoing website updates and maintenance tasks.
- Complete development assignments within established project deadlines.
- Follow Tow360’s development standards and procedures throughout all projects.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience with WordPress and Elementor Pro.
- Strong proficiency in HTML and CSS.
- Expertise in responsive web development, ensuring optimal performance across desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms.
- Ability to effectively develop website navigation, menus, forms, and contact sections.
- High attention to detail regarding layout, spacing, alignment, and visual consistency.
- Experience troubleshooting issues within WordPress and Elementor environments.
- Knowledge of website performance optimization techniques.

- Comfortable working from approved designs and screenshots, maintaining consistency across large websites.
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

- Strong communication skills and reliability in a remote work setting.
- Familiarity with tools such as WordPress Hub, ClickUp, Google Workspace, Google Drive, Google Meet, and Jotform is advantageous but not required.
