A Soceity Developer looking for an energetic Architect Engineer for:
- Create detailed architectural plans, blueprints, and designs using CAD software.
- Ensure that all architectural designs comply with building codes, regulations, and zoning laws.
- Work closely with the construction team to provide on-site support and address any design-related issues that may arise during the construction phase.
- Conduct site visits to assess the feasibility of designs and make necessary adjustments.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and construction technologies to incorporate innovative solutions into designs.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external consultants to ensure a seamless workflow.
