Shopify Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Shopify Operator to manage our Shopify store and ensure its smooth operation. The ideal candidate will have experience in e-commerce management, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain the company's Shopify account to ensure optimal functionality.
Edit, upload, and update product details, images, and descriptions according to company standards.
Optimize product listings for better customer engagement and search visibility.
Monitor store analytics and performance to identify improvement opportunities.
Handle customer queries and provide timely, professional assistance to ensure customer satisfaction.
Process and manage online orders, ensuring prompt and accurate fulfillment.
Collaborate with the team to execute promotional campaigns and discounts on the store.
Troubleshoot and resolve minor technical issues on the Shopify platform.
Stay updated on Shopify features, trends, and tools to enhance the store's performance.

Requirements:

Proficiency in Shopify and familiarity with e-commerce platforms.
Basic photo editing skills for product image optimization (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Prior experience in a similar role is a plus.
