We are looking to recruit enthusiastic, workaholics, and experienced Medical Billers with US-based physicians. The prospect should have experience in the Production Department, good Appeals, and Good Excel, and reporting skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and verify medical codes, including CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS, to ensure accurate billing.
- Prepare and submit electronic or paper claims to insurance companies and government agencies.
- Monitor and track claim status.
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, denials, and rejections.
- Accurately post payments and adjustments to patient accounts.
- Assist patients with setting up payment plans and addressing billing-related questions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date billing records.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare privacy and security regulations, such as HIPAA.
- Must be a good team player
