Education Counselor

As an Education Counselor at Paragon Overseas Education, you support and guide students aspiring to study abroad. You conduct personalized counseling sessions to understand students' academic backgrounds and career goals. You provide expert advice on selecting universities in countries like the UK, USA, Canada, and Australia, tailoring options to fit student profiles. You assist students throughout the admissions process, including document preparation and visa guidance, ensuring a smooth journey toward achieving their academic aspirations. Although you do not manage a team, your role includes active participation in sales and marketing efforts to drive organizational growth and expand the client base. In this role, you maintain strong relationships with partner universities to remain current on admission requirements and available scholarships. Your performance is measured by your ability to meet sales targets while delivering high-quality service that supports student success. You work both independently and collaboratively, applying strong organizational and communication skills. Responsibilities

Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to assess students' academic backgrounds, career goals, and educational aspirations.
Advise students on university selections in key study destinations including the UK, USA, Canada, and Australia, aligning institution options with student profiles.
Guide students through the complete admissions process, including application preparation, documentation, and visa processing support.
Implement sales and marketing strategies to attract and engage prospective students, working to grow the organization's client base.
Build and maintain effective relationships with partner universities to stay informed about admission policies, scholarship opportunities, and updates.
Achieve and exceed sales targets while upholding high standards of student service and satisfaction.
Provide personalized educational advice that empowers students to make informed decisions about their academic futures.
Manage time efficiently to handle multiple student consultations and administrative duties simultaneously.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve counseling approaches and marketing initiatives.
Stay updated on global education trends and regulatory requirements affecting international study opportunities.
