Paragon City, is seeking a Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position should be female, Well Versed with computer system, as well as gwith good communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department.
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
- Handle inquiries from clients and provide accurate information.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing the office calendar.
- Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers.
Requirements:
- Must be female.
- Prior experience as a Receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general office software.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
Candidates near by Burky Road, Lahore Cantt, DHA Phase 6, 7, 8, 9, Walton, Bhatta Chowk will be prefered
