Project Manager (High-Rise Building)

Paragon City (Pvt.) Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager specializing in high-rise building construction to oversee the complete project lifecycle from inception through to handover. This role requires a candidate with extensive experience in managing complex construction projects, ensuring compliance with quality standards, coordinating on-site activities, and managing project budgets effectively. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from UET and possesses 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in the field. The Project Manager works closely with architects, structural engineers, and subcontractors to deliver projects within set timelines and budget constraints, demonstrating exceptional knowledge in project planning, risk management, and cost control. This position does not involve team management but requires strong coordination and communication skills with multiple project stakeholders. The Project Manager plays a pivotal role in directing daily on-site operations, problem-solving construction challenges, and implementing quality assurance practices to guarantee the safety and reliability of the high-rise structures being built. Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end high-rise building construction projects, from initial planning to final handover, ensuring all milestones are achieved on time and within budget.
Develop detailed project plans, including scheduling, resource allocation, and budgeting to align with project goals and constraints.
Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless integration and collaboration across all project phases.
Oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards, quality guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
Implement and maintain risk management strategies to identify potential issues early and develop effective mitigation plans.
Monitor project budgets rigorously to control costs, approve expenditures, and optimize resource utilization.
Ensure quality assurance processes are in place and adhered to, conducting regular inspections and audits to maintain high standards.
Report project progress regularly to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting key achievements, issues, and risk factors.
Conduct thorough reviews and evaluations at critical project stages to ensure alignment with design specifications and contractual obligations.
Manage documentation related to project activities, including contracts, permits, schedules, and quality reports.
