We're looking for someone who is well-organized and has a strong aptitude for career growth. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing daily operations and demonstrate a strong aptitude for the following responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our delivery and logistics services, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
- Handle order processing, including taking orders, dispatching, and maintaining records of all transactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Manage office operations, including administrative and general office upkeep.
- Coordinate and liaise with vendors, suppliers, and other partners to ensure timely deliveries and maintain business relationships.
- Share ideas based on insights gained to improve processes.
What We’re Looking For:
- A disciplined, organized person who knows how to prioritize and get things done.
- Experience in operations, logistics, or managing a team is a plus.
- Comfortable communicating in both Urdu and English, in writing and speaking.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
- Proactive and a problem solver.
Education:We’re not picky about degrees—we’re more interested in finding someone with the right attitude, aptitude, and skills.

Salary:
- 40,000/- per month during probation
- 50,000/- per month after probation
