We are seeking a dedicated and ambitious Business Development Representative to join our on-site team in Lahore, Pakistan. The primary responsibility of this role is to conduct outbound phone calls to potential clients, introducing them to our AI-powered customer engagement solutions and scheduling product demos.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce Pam's solutions.
- Schedule and coordinate product demonstration appointments.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, politeness, and resilience in the face of rejection.
- Achieve and exceed set targets for demo bookings and sales conversions.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Native or near-native proficiency in English with exceptional communication skills.
- Proven experience in sales, with a track record of closing deals and booking appointments.
- Ability to handle rejection gracefully and maintain composure under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a polite and professional demeanor.
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and driven by commission-based incentives.
- Ability to work full-time on-site in Lahore, Pakistan.
Compensation:
- Base Salary: 139,000 PKR per month.
- Compensation Structure: 50% base salary and 50% commission.
- Target Monthly Earnings: Up to 300,000 PKR, based on performance.
- Opportunities for growth and advancement within the company. Our best reps become Account Executives and receive higher commissions.
- Total Compensation: Up to 400,000 PKR per month, combining base salary and commission.
