- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for collections performance.
- Track DPD-wise and bucket-wise recovery, roll-forward, and stabilization trends.
- Maintain agent-wise, team-wise, and TL-wise performance dashboards.
- Monitor key metrics such as recovery %, PTP vs actual payment, call productivity, and delinquency movement.
- Ensure data accuracy between CRM, dialer, and core system reports.
- Highlight gaps, exceptions, and risk trends to management on a timely basis.
- Support Team Leaders and Managers with customized reports and analysis.
- Maintain historical data for trend analysis and forecasting.
- Assist in incentive calculations and target tracking.
- Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of customer and portfolio data.
