The Credit Review Officer will handle loan review processes, maintain accurate records, and contribute to continuous improvements in credit risk assessment. Responsibilities

Conduct thorough credit analysis of loan applications to determine creditworthiness and risk.
Review and verify accuracy and completeness of loan documentation.
Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and company policies.
Assess financial information, credit reports, and repayment capacity of clients.
Make clear and justified decisions on loan approvals or rejections based on credit evaluations.
Communicate effectively with clients in Pushto to gather necessary information and clarify loan terms.
Prepare detailed credit reports and present findings to management.
Identify potential credit risks and recommend mitigation measures.
Collaborate with loan officers, underwriters, and other departments to streamline loan processing.
Maintain accurate and organized records of all credit reviews and decisions.
Stay updated on changes in regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to credit lending.
Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on credit processes.
