Production Manager Assistant

You will be responsible for maintaining comprehensive records of ongoing projects to monitor progress and deliver timely updates. Your role includes verifying the quality standards of locally purchased materials to ensure product excellence and adherence to company guidelines. Additionally, you will oversee and verify workers' overtime to maintain proper workforce documentation and support operational efficiency. As the Production Manager Assistant, you will collaborate closely with various departments to handle multiple production-related tasks effectively. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to analyze production data to identify areas for improvement. Although this position does not involve managing a team, you will be a critical contributor to the overall success of the production department by ensuring every element of the production cycle aligns with company standards and timelines.
Responsibilities

Maintain accurate records of all ongoing projects and jobs to ensure proper tracking and reporting.
Inspect and verify the quality of all locally purchased materials to comply with company and industry standards.
Manage and verify overtime charts for production workers in order to maintain accurate labor records and control costs.
Coordinate with production teams to gather necessary data and support production scheduling efforts.
Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements to optimize workflow and output.
Assist in resolving production-related issues by communicating effectively with different departments.
Ensure all production activities comply with safety and quality guidelines established by the company.
Support daily production operations by performing any other tasks related to production as assigned.
