The Supply Chain Coordinator will manage and optimize the end-to-end supply chain processes for Boss Plastic Moulded Furniture. This role involves coordinating with suppliers, managing inventory, and ensuring timely delivery of products to meet customer demands.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordination: Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, manage reorder points, and track inventory movements to prevent shortages or overstock.
Logistics Management: Coordinate transportation and logistics to ensure timely delivery of products to warehouses and retail locations.
Data Analysis: Analyze supply chain data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
Supplier Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and reliability of materials.
Order Processing: Manage purchase orders and ensure accurate documentation for all transactions.
Compliance: Ensure all supply chain activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations.
Problem Solving: Address and resolve any supply chain issues that arise, working collaboratively with stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
[5-8 years] of experience in supply chain or logistics coordination.
Strong understanding of supply chain processes and best practices.
Proficiency in supply chain management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
