We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Officer to join our sales team in Sargodha. The Sales Officer will be responsible for promoting and selling our plastic moulded furniture products, developing relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and objectives.
Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales goals.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Participate in promotional events, trade shows, and other sales activities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the furniture or retail industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Results-oriented with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Proficient in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territories.
