They should demonstrate outstanding analytical thinking skills, possess a strong command of business process management, and exhibit exemplary interpersonal and communication capabilities. The successful candidate will continuously assess and enhance financial operations, supporting Paklite Electrical Industries in achieving operational excellence and driving business process optimization.
Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies that support the companys long-term growth and profitability objectives.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities to ensure effective allocation of resources across the organization.

• Direct financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to applicable financial regulations and standards.
• Manage and motivate a team of 20 finance and accounting professionals by fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
• Analyze financial data and business trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations to the executive leadership for strategic decision-making.
• Streamline and optimize financial and business processes to improve operational efficiency using business process management techniques.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate financial considerations into company-wide initiatives and projects.
• Maintain strong relationships with external auditors, financial institutions, and regulatory agencies to facilitate smooth financial operations.
• Drive continuous process improvements in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to enhance accuracy and reduce cycle time.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws, accounting standards, and internal financial policies by establishing rigorous controls.
