Experience:

- Command on MS Excel
Duties:
- Prepare Attendance Sheet monthly.
- Prepare the cheques deposit slips.
- Prepare expense vouchers.
- Checks all motorbikes and cars fuels vouchers and maintain record in Excel.
- Making suppliers cheques for outstanding payments.
- Posting vouchers in Main Ledger (Bank Payment Voucher, Expense voucher and General Journal Vouchers) in Accounts.
- Prepare bank reconciliations of all banks.
- Recheck invoices and get signed by HOD
- Filling of all the documents (Invoices and vouchers)
