The Shift Incharge is responsible for overseeing production operations during their designated shift, ensuring efficient operation of machinery, adherence to safety protocols, and achievement of production targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervision & Leadership:

Lead and supervise a team of production workers and machine operators.
Assign tasks, manage schedules, and conduct shift meetings.

Production Management:

Monitor production processes to meet quality and quantity targets.
Ensure efficient operation of machinery and coordinate maintenance.

Quality Control:

Enforce quality control procedures and conduct regular inspections.
Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to address issues.

Safety & Compliance:

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Conduct safety briefings and investigate incidents.

Reporting & Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of production data.
Prepare shift reports and ensure seamless transitions between shifts.

Continuous Improvement:

Identify opportunities for process improvements.
Implement best practices and support team innovation.
