Main Responsibilities:
- Assist in uploading the annual budget into the system.
- Ensure completeness of Fixed Asset Register in ERP system.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly control and variance analysis.
- Review and prepare SOPs for different departmental workflows.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Domain, and Operations Teams to represent finance in the preparation of BRDs and CRFs, testing and designing phases of new projects and payment channels for seamless operations and fund reconciliations.
- Lead the implementation of ERP systems and other business intelligence tools to enhance financial operations.
- Act as a liaison between vendors and different departments to evaluate current business processes to identify inefficiencies or bottlenecks.
- Utilize process mapping and analysis tools to visualize workflows.
- Propose system enhancements or new functionalities that align with best practices and drive efficiency.
- This may involve developing custom scripts or workflows.· Regularly assess system performance, user adoption, and satisfaction. Use metrics and user feedback to identify areas for further improvement.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for user inquiries and issues.
- Provide timely resolutions or escalate problems to technical teams or vendor when necessary.
- Assist the vendor to create and maintain user manuals, FAQs, and other documentation to assist users in navigating the systems effectively.
- Work closely with departments such as finance, operations, and IT to align ERP functionalities with business needs.
- Facilitate regular meetings to discuss project status and gather feedback.
- Monitor system performance and user feedback to identify potential issues or areas of concern.
- Utilize diagnostic tools and techniques to analyze problems.
- Provide timely and effective solutions to system-related issues, coordinating with IT, technical teams and vendors as needed.
- Document solutions for future reference.
- Also, implement corrective actions and preventative measures to reduce the recurrence of similar issues.
- Ensure that the ERP systems comply with industry regulations and standards, such as data protection laws and financial reporting requirements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in ERP usage. Advocate for the adoption of best practices across the organization to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications, Experience and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, MBA, or a related field. Or professionally qualified like CA, ACMA, ACCA.
- Minimum three (3) years of hands-on experience in digitization, ERP System implementation and Reconciliations.
- Experience in FinTech, automation in financial processes, and business intelligence tools.·
- Exceptional analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.·
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and presentation skills.·
- Experience with data migration tools and techniques.·
- Knowledge of business process improvement methodologies.·
- Strong business ethics and the ability to manage confidential data.· Proficient in ERP software’s like Oracle NetSuite.

Pakistan Single Window
Pakistan Single Window (PSW) is an ICT-based system in Pakistan providing a single window for trade. PSW is a facility that allows parties involved in trade and transport to lodge standardized information and documents at a single-entry point to fulfill all import, export, and transit-related regulatory requirements. If information is electronic, then individual data elements need to be submitted only once. PSW will connect relevant government departments with each other and with economic operators like importers, exporters, customs agents, shipping agents, transporters etc, in Pakistan for efficient management of cross border trade. It will provide the ease and transparency in achieving compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, through an on-line facility, that will intelligently handle the information for each transaction without the need to provide same information more than once or to physically visit such government departments. Pakistan has committed to implement various provisions of World Trade Organization’s (WTO) Trade Facilitation Agreement that includes implementation of a National Single Window (NSW) system before February, 2022. Pakistan also needs PSW implementation to overhaul management of its external trade for reducing time, cost and complexity involved to improve its position in various global rankings on competitiveness and ease of doing business. Guiding vision and mission objectives: VISION: Pakistan will establish a world-class automated hub by 2022, offering services and creating efficiencies, to reduce cross border trade related costs, time and complications for improved trade facilitation and compliance. MISSION: Improve cross-border trader processing by providing centralized ICT based services, simplified processes, effective and reliable automation, harmonized data exchange and risk-based selectivity in enforcement of government’s regulations.
